I really like browsing here because the product selection is great. They carry a bunch of brands I don’t usually see in regular beauty shops, and then there are these smaller ones mixed in too, which is kind of how I end up going down a little rabbit hole every time. It’s easy to look around, and somehow I always find something new to try, even when I wasn’t really planning to.

My parcel arrived quickly, so that part was fine, but one of the products was the wrong shade. I emailed them about it and it took a bit longer than I expected to hear back. Maybe I’m being picky, but the order details were clear, so it was kind of annoying. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating.

I really liked the free samples and little gifts that came with my order. It was a fun surprise and made it easy to try a few new things without committing to full sizes. Everything was packed well and arrived in good shape, which I appreciate because damaged items are such a preventable hassle. I’d definitely order again, especially since the extras were actually useful and not just random throw-ins.

I’ve ordered from niche-beauty and overall I’m happy with it. They have some really nice products, and my package arrived without any issues. The only downside is that the shipping cost felt a bit high for what I bought. It’s not a huge deal, but it does make me pause before checking out. Still, I had a good experience...

I had a smooth time using the site . It was easy to browse around , and the filters actually made it simple to narrow things down without clicking through a ton of pages . Checkout was straightforward too , which I always appreciate . The only downside was that a few pages loaded slower than I expected , and the mobile menu felt a little packed . Overall though , I’d still say it was a good experience

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from NICHE BEAUTY the products themselves were fine once they finally showed up. The frustrating part was the shipping. They made it seem like it would only take a few days, but that definitely didn’t happen. It ended up being over a week, and there were barely any updates along the way.
I get that delays happen, but don’t promise quick delivery if you can’t actually stick to it. For the price of the products, I expected way better communication and a faster shipping experience. I might order again if I’m not in a rush, but if I need something anytime soon, probably not.

"Good prices without the unnecessary hassle"
I looked around on a few beauty sites before ordering, and NICHE BEAUTY ended up being cheaper for the products I wanted. Shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, which I really appreciated because some shops seem affordable and then hit you with unnecessary charges at checkout. This felt fair overall. I got a nice deal without having to spend forever searching for discount codes. I’d definitely use them again if the prices stay like this

In the end, the gift wrap did the job, but I probably wouldn’t pay extra for it again unless there were more options. I ordered it as a gift, so having the wrapping available was definitely convenient, and it arrived looking neat. It just felt a little plain for the price and didn’t really have that special gift feel I was hoping for.

"Return was simple, refund took its time"
I had to return one item and, to be fair, the process itself was straightforward. The refund did take a few days to show up, which made me wonder if it was just sitting somewhere waiting to be pushed through. But it all worked out in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

I ordered this face cream and a hair mask from niche-beauty, and the shipping was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the products themselves were a bit disappointing. The cream felt kind of weird on my skin, and the smell was just off, like it had been sitting around for a while or something. The hair mask didn’t really do much either. My hair felt pretty much the same after, maybe even a little drier. For the price, I expected better. It wasn’t the worst order or anything like that, but I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I get emails from niche-beauty.com regularly, and most of them are actually related to things I have looked at or bought before. It does not feel like they are just sending completely random products all the time.
There are times when the emails feel like a lot, especially when there is a sale going on, but I have found some good reminders in there for brands I already like or products I meant to check again.
I would not mind if they sent them a little less often, but overall I still find the emails helpful enough. They are not nearly as annoying as the ones I get from some other beauty stores.

"Good products, but watch out for customs fees"
The order itself arrived fine and the products were good, but just a heads-up to anyone buying: I got hit with extra import duties when it was delivered. I really wish that had been made clearer before checkout. It’s not a huge disaster, but it was definitely an annoying surprise
